The actual concept for the mandala stencil was faxed to our studio and it required total redraw and redesign of the art work. As always we worked closely with our client concerning the graphic design and color (in this case). Problem solving also played an important part because of the size of the actual stencil design which had a diameter of 34", was three colors, and needed to be applied to an 80' diameter rotunda. The motif was comprised of two designs-The complex (3 part) center mandala and the four corners. All this work was done with AutoCAD.
